Valid Voter ID Card or Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date)

For Minors (Below 18 years):

Payments:

25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking
Full payment for flight tickets must be made at the time of booking
Remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to departure
In peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year, Puja, Diwali), 50% advance is required, and full payment must be cleared 20 days before travel

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. The applicable cancellation charges are as follows:

For special trains and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy will apply.

Hotel Bookings: As per hotel cancellation policy
Train Tickets: As per IRCTC / Railway rules
Flight Tickets: As per the airline’s cancellation policy
After Trip Commencement: Any refund will be limited and subject to recovery from service providers
No refund for:
