- Travel insurance (not mandatory but recommended)

- Anything not mentioned under “Package Inclusions”
Documents Required for Entry into Bhutan
For Adults:
- Valid Voter ID Card or Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date)
For Minors (Below 18 years):
- Passport, or
- Birth Certificate in English (mandatory if passport is unavailable)
General Terms & Conditions
Payments:
- 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking
- Full payment for flight tickets must be made at the time of booking
- Remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to departure
- In peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year, Puja, Diwali), 50% advance is required, and full payment must be cleared 20 days before travel
Note: Payment policy may vary during peak seasons or special service requests.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. The applicable cancellation charges are as follows:

For special trains and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy will apply.
Additional Cancellation & Refund Policies
- Hotel Bookings: As per hotel cancellation policy
- Train Tickets: As per IRCTC / Railway rules
- Flight Tickets: As per the airline’s cancellation policy
- After Trip Commencement: Any refund will be limited and subject to recovery from service providers
- No refund for:
- Unused hotel accommodation
- Missed meals
