Note: Prices are inclusive of taxes. Children should share the same room with an extra mattress:

Package Inclusions:

5 Nights accommodation at the property mentioned above or similar
Accommodation on a double-sharing basis
Meals: 5 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches, and 5 Dinners (fixed menu or buffet)
All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary by private vehicle (Bhutan – Coaster Bus or similar)
Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) charges
Services of a professional tour guide (as per Bhutan government regulations)

PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS:

Monument entrance fees
Airfare / Train fare
Meals other than those mentioned under “Package Inclusions”
Expenses of a personal nature (laundry, tips, phone calls, etc.)
Travel insurance (optional, but recommended)
Hard drinks / Soft drinks
Any other items not mentioned in the “Package Inclusions” section.

Documents Required for Entry into Bhutan

For Adults:

Voter Identity Card or Passport (any one)
The document must have a validity of at least 6 months from the date of travel

For Children (Below 18 years):

Passport or
Birth Certificate (in English only) if the child does not possess a passport

General Terms & Conditions

Payments

For all contracted services, a 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
For flight bookings, full payment of the actual fare is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days before the commencement of the tour.
Management reserves the right to adjust the advance payment requirement depending on the nature of the service and proximity to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your tour or travel service, written notice must be provided. Cancellation charges are applicable from the date the written notice is received.

15 days	25% of the tour/service cost

Special Train Journeys
Hotel bookings during peak seasons (as specified above)

Important Notes on Refunds

Hotel bookings: Refunds are subject to the respective hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets: Cancellations will follow Indian Railways’ rules
Flight tickets: Cancellations will adhere to airline-specific policies
Partial Trip Cancellations: If the trip is canceled after commencement, any refund will be limited and based on recoverable amounts from hotels and service providers

Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for unused hotel stays, missed meals, or unutilized transportation
