Malaysia Tour Itinerary 05Nights / 06 Days:-

Day01: ARRIVE KUALA LUMPUR

On arrival, at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KALIA / KALIA2), proceeds to the immigration counter on your own. You can take help from the Airport Assistances are there. After immigration heading towards the exit gate and look for the representative at the point, it is mentioned in advance.

The representative will take you to the Hotel (on a SIC basis). Report at reception and they will help you do the Check to Room. (Check-in will be not before 1400hrs, early check-in will subject to availability).

After freshen up explore the gleaming & charming city and finding out about the culture of Malaysia. Take your time roaming the streets and align better with the city.

Overnight at Hotel

Day02: AQUARIA KLCC + KL CITY TOUR

Breakfast will be served at 7 am at the buffet area, have your breakfast.

Get ready to explore Aquaria KLCC. Be ready at the lobby & report to reception and wait at the lobby for your transfer (maintain the time mentioned) – the car may get delayed by 15-20mins due to traffic (on a SIC basis). Proceed to experience an oceanarium located beneath Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. An amazing showcase of 5000 land-bound and aquatic creature exhibits spread over a sprawling 60000sq ft square.

You will be returned to the hotel, on time your transfer (on a SIC basis) will wait for you at the pick-up location (at parking) to transfer you to the Hotel.

In the evening, on-time report to reception for the transfers (on SIC basis) to have a drive pass of Kulala Lumpur City at night – drive through Chinatown, an open-air bazaar. Visit the 100 years old Sri Mahamariamman Temple. Moving forward, you will get to visit Independence Square. Then, you will pass through the oldest part of the city which will further lead you to the Petronas Twin Towers & KL Tower (stop here for a photo stop). Then, enjoy driving through other beautiful streets of the city. 

After your transfer (on a SIC basis) will drop you at the Hotel.

Day03: FULLDAY SUNWAY LAGOON TOUR

Breakfast will be served at 7 am at the buffet area, have your breakfast.

Today we are going to explore Sunway Lagoon – get ready to be entertained and enthralled! Your transfer will report at lobby you report to reception & wait at the lobby for your transfer (maintain the time mentioned) – the car may get delayed by 15-20mins due to traffic (on a SIC basis). On arrival at the gate of Sunway Lagoon - have a lineup of activities at the theme park that include performances, parades, and character appearances to delight you all day long. There are also live animal shows and interactive wild encounters where you can get up close and personal with the residents at our Wildlife Park. Admission Ticket includes entry to ALL parks, including all rides, activities, and attractions. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, Go Kart, and Scuba Diving.

On-time your transfer (on a SIC basis) will wait for you at the pick-up location (at parking) to transfer you to the Hotel.

Day04: KUALA LUMPUR - LANGKAWI TRANSFERS

Breakfast will be served at 7 am at the buffet area, have your breakfast.

After breakfast check out by 9-9.30am. Your Airport pick-up time already advice to you and pick up will from Hotel, transfer (on a SIC basis) will take you to Airport for the flight to Langkawi.

On Arrival at Langkawi International Airport, proceed to the Exit Gate. You can take help from the Airport Assistances are there. Then look for the representative at the point it is mentioned in advance. 

The representative will take you to the Hotel (on a SIC basis). Report at reception and they will help you do the Check-in to Room.

After freshen up it is your time to explore the Jewel of Kedah. Enjoy the beach of Langkawi.

Overnight at Hotel.

Day05: ISLAND HOPPING TOUR

Breakfast will be served at 7 am at buffet area, have your breakfast.

Be ready on time; transfer will report at lobby you report to reception & wait at the lobby for your transfer (maintain the time mentioned) – the car may get delayed by 15-20mins due to traffic (on SIC basis). The transfer will take you to Teluk Baru Jetty from where you will board the boat (on a SIC basis) to visit Langkawi's popular Islands on an exciting half-day. You get to see three different islands that are beautiful in various segments. Initially take you to fish feeding where they will show you different species and you can feed them. Then take you to different areas where you can see mountains in the shape of Ape, babyface, turtle, etc. Lastly and most important you will be the witness magnificent eagles, kings of the sky, feeding right before your eyes by professionals. 

Afternoon you will be returned to the Jetty and your transfer (on a SIC basis) will wait for you at the pick-up location (at parking) to transfer you to the Hotel.

The evening is your leisure time you can exploring market & taking souvenir

Day06: DEPARTURE LANGKAWI + LANGKAWI CITY TOUR

Breakfast will be served at 7 am at the buffet area, have breakfast and process Check out by 9-9.30am, keep your baggage at the lobby (it is very much safe). Transfer (maintain the time mentioned) will take you today to have a drive pass of Langkawi Island Tour for about 2-2.30hrs – check Batik and Art Village, Dataran Lang, or Eagle’s Square. Then drive through the famous beach of Cenang. (If time permits, passing by the Underwater World & Kuah Town. Return to Hotel.

Your Airport picks-up time already advice to you and pick up will from Hotel only.

On-time your transfer (on a SIC basis) will pick-up (maintain the time mentioned) to transfer you to Airport.

Important Notes


Must Maintain In Tour

  • Carry your belongings, like Passport Copy & Foreign Currency with you all the time
  • After check-in - original passport you can keep in the locker of the Hotel room or keep inside your luggage under lock & key or you can carry it with you (but on your own responsibility)
  • Maintain the transfers pick times, if you missed out no refund/reimbursement is possible, you need to reach the Tour Stop / Destination on your own and need to report to the local operation representative to confirm the return pick-up
  • On arrival, you will get a packet with all the original vouchers & entry tickets for your tour (maybe in ticket form / in voucher format – need to redeem at the counter). Please check all very carefully, if not anything missed out. If so, please report it immediately.
  • In-Room, if you use any product from min freeze, all will be chargeable and need to pay to the hotel directly.
  • At the time of check out if the hotel charges for any damage that needs to settle across. In some peak season, some of the hotels charge a security deposit for this reason, that you need to pay, but rest assured the same will be refunded at the time of Check out without delay if there is no harm.

Terms & Conditions


CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour/service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost

07 days prior to arrival: Non Refundable

 

NOTE:

In the case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

 

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER:

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airline's company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

 

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:

  1. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges – the same would be charged as extra.
  2. As per the Government directive, you are requested to produce your photo identity document such as Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport/Ration Card at the point of check-in at the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.
  3. In case of non-availability of requested hotel/hotels, we will provide accommodation in a similar category of hotel/hotels.
  4. If there is any unavoidable incident occur during the tour, Travotic Holidays ( Powered by Travotic Hospitality Pvt Ltd ) will not be labile for any responsibility
  5. There will be no refund for any No Show / Unutilized services.
  6. The itinerary may be modifying based on various factors like maintenance of monuments/museums/major like spots conventions, religious festivals, etc.
  7. Itinerary timings on the tour are approximate and may be subject to change.
  8. Transfers and sightseeing on a SIC basis mean transport through a comfortable coach/bus/van depending on the total number of passengers traveling with you on that same tour. Please note that Travotic Holidays ( Powered by Travotic Hospitality Pvt Ltd ) will be putting together all the passengers arriving around the same time and dropping them at their respective hotels. You may talk to our holiday experts about private transfers/ transport facilities, which will be made available at an additional cost.
  9. The customer needs to avail of the SIC from the scheduled pick-up point at the scheduled time. Travotic Holidays ( Powered by Travotic Hospitality Pvt Ltd ) is not responsible if the pick-up is missed due to a customer’s delay.
  10. All personal extras such as laundry, room service, alcohol, minibar, telephone bills, pre-paid or post-paid SIM cards, etc. will be on a direct payment basis by the traveler to the service provider and Travotic Holidays ( Powered by Travotic Hospitality Pvt Ltd ) will not be liable for the same at any point of time.

Payment Details


PAYMENTS:

For all the services contracted, a 25% advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & for flight ticket booking need full actual fare. The balance amounts need to be paid 10days before the commencement of the services. Management personnel holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts bookings during the peak season (like X-Mas, New Year, Puja, Diwali), 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking and 20days before full payment is required to be paid.

Note: Above mentioned payment policy may change during peak season.
