2. What are the types of vehicles used for transfers & sightseeing ?

Usually, we provide AC cars for most of our tours. It could be a hatchback, sedan, or similar type of vehicle for 4persons (minimum), ideal for a group of 4 people (max.), and an SUV for up to 7 people (in one group). These numbers include children as well.AC cars are not popular in the hilly areas and thus we provide SUVs (in most hilly area tours) irrespective of the number of people.

3. What is the usual duration of a sightseeing trip?

Most of our tours are customized and thus the duration varies according to the destination, package, etc.

4. Are the tour-packages organized as group tour or are they individually customized?

We cater to both individuals and groups. Trips are individually customized according to our client's requirements. We also organize fixed packages that are announced during specific seasons and festivals.

6. How to make payments for my trip?

After confirmation of your tour and the cost of the package, you can complete the payment through any mode of the five modes which are, bank transfer, cheque, Credit and Debit card, or by cash. After making payment please intimate our executives by mailing us ataccounts@travoticholidays.com with the lead no. and payment details. * Please note that payment by cheques is subject to clearance. The package will be confirmed only after the payment is cleared.

7. What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: • 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost • 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour/service cost • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost • 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost • 07 days prior to arrival: Non Refundable

8. What Travel Documents Do I need to carry?

Nowadays for domestic travel, you need to carry any ID card like, (i.e., Aadhar card/voter card/passport) and for children, birth certificate or Aadhar card carry is needed. For international travel, a passport with the necessary visa copy/stamp is mandatory. For international travel, please check with our executives, for other relevant documents, as it varies from country to country.

9. Do I Need Certificate of Vaccination for International/Domestic Travel?

A certificate of vaccination is required for many destinations. Kindly have a word with our executives for complete details.

10. If I Come Across Any Problem During My Trip, How Would You Help Me ?

11. Do You Book Individual Tour Components like only flights or only visa ?

Yes. We assist with only flight tickets and VISA documentation as well.

12. Do you accept cash payment ?

We can accept cash payment up to INR 20000/- for each package. The rest of the payment should through other modes, like cheque or bank transfer.

13. Do you levy a service charge on credit card payments ?

A nominal amount of service charge is levied on credit card payments. Kindly confirm with our executives for further details.

14. Is there any Government service tax levied on my booking ?

5% GST on domestic packages and 5% TCS (refundable) on international packages (on the whole package) are levied.

15. How many months in advance should be my travel booking?

A minimum of two months' advance booking is recommended for most packages. Yet, the time may vary depending upon the package and destination. We recommend you to have a word with our executives in regards to any details

16. Can I buy an Air Ticket on my own and book package through you also?

Flight/train tickets can be booked by the clients while we can arrange only the land package on the client's wish.

17. What Covid protocols are you following?

Team Travotic Holidays are extremely concerned about the safety of their clients and thus maintaining all precautions is not a choice for us but a necessity! We are following all government-provided protocols. All cars are sanitized after every trip. Our accommodation partners are making sure that their rooms are thoroughly sanitized every day. We as employees are getting ourselves tested at regular intervals just so that we do not become the cause for our clients' trouble.

18. What rules should we follow for Covid?

We make sure to maintain all hygiene protocols in our trips. We recommend you carry sanitizers and wear masks throughout. Your mask should be either an N95 or at least a triple-layered one. You are highly requested to maintain social distancing and avoid any crowded places like markets or crowded restaurants. Please remember your safety comes before leisure!
